The comedian`s video of powerpoint made me remember how some of my friends and even me use powerpoint in someway wrong. People in my class always use animations that move. Sometimes there are so annoying I don`t pay attention to the preasenter. One time one classmate gave movement to his picture for about 1 minute. Another thing most of my callsmates and I do is spelling errors. Most of the time when there is a spelling or grammatical error that we don`t correct we usually get mixed up while presenting it. Powerpoint can help you or affect you while you present something. The only things we students need to do is take our time becauuse common mistakes like this ones always happen.

video grade

The comments I made in other student`s videos made me think of important factors that make good project. The two videos had a significant difference. One seemed good and well done but the other one had more effort put into it. I wouldn`t change anything on mine but the video that was well done was exceptional except for the lack of music. The commenting of this videos gave me lots of ideas for my next video but not for this one. The way I did my video is different from the ones my classmates did. That is what I like and makes me see that i really did a good job on it. This is what I think of the videos I graded.

What is the most serious environmental problem facing Earth today?

The most important environmental problem today is the fossil fuel burning. Every day millions of cars and other vehicles affect the environment by releasing fossil fuels to the atmosphere. This fossil fuel makes the earth Hotter and this destroys the Ozone layer. We got to make a change for the survival of the humanity. This is why I wrote this paragraph. If I could receive a large amount of money by winning a lottery ticket or a contest i would use it to find a way to use less fossil fuel in our daily activities. If a change could be made it wouldn`t be done by a single person but by the whole world. The help of everyone is essential to make a change and give the oportunity for the next generations to have a good and healthy life.

We have to teach the young to be ecologic and try to use energy in a sustainable way so they don`t run out. The biggest change that has to be made is finding new ways to use energy in different ways. To find new ways of getting it. The research is a very important factor that needs to be done. That research will change our lives and our future children`s. Fossil fuel can be replaced by other biotic or abiotic natural resources.

Some of the most known ways of getting energy in a nonharmful way is by: Windmills, solar panels, and hydroelectric plants. These ways of getting energy can help the earth and give it a little breathing. The pollution will decrease and our lives would be healthier. Fossil fuels will run out someday and will take a long time to form again so we have to work really hard to find a really good resource. Without this our lives would change and benefit and affecct us at the same time. It would help us to use less electronic devices and in some way stop being so lazy. Besides helping this would affect us by changing our life styles. everything would change and make our actions harder to do.

Fossil fuels refer to dead animals that decompose for millions of years. That is a long time so besides finding a good source of energy we need an abundant one. it needs to be reusable and not so hard to get. The best option of natural resource is water. As many people know Earth is sorrounded by water. It`s exactly composed of 70% of water and 30% of land. That is a very large resource that can be used for the next generations. There is already a way to get energy from water but is not that efficient. Scientists have to find a way to get lots of energy from this resource.

So Fossil fuel is one of the most used resources but it is really harmful for the envirnment but there is a variety of ways to control it or just no use it. This ideas may help the future use energy with the new civilizations. The use of Fossil fuel and other resources were discovered so why can`t their be more ways of using resources? There can be a change but it has to be done before is to late. We can save the Earth but we need to really take a stand and do what we propose oursleves.

During the Earth week Mahonry and I created a video celebrating our planet. It took us on day and we had more fun that we though we would have. We did all except video taping some scenes. In That scenes my sister recorded us. we had a lot of fun while doing this project. The topic was something interesing and easy to do. The music was the hardest thing we did. Mahonry had to play the guitar and I had to sing at the same time so we didin`t know if it would sound bad in the computer. besides that problem the rest was really easy. we recorded everything in one day and some videoclips were old ones that I had once recorded. The Earth day project has been one of the best projects I have made during this year.

Spring Break

My Spring break of 2010 has been one of the best ones I`ve had. It was full of many surprises that I really enjoyed. You can`t imagine all the things I did during this vacations. I did allof the things I could have done to have a great time. Almost all of the spring break I Slept until the morning and woke up late. I was relaxed as I never was before. Thiss vacations really helped me to get away of so much work that the teachers give us all week. My spring break couldn`t be better than this one.

Besides sleeping most of the morning I also went out many times. I either went to the plaza Galerias with my friends to watch a movie or go to the beach. During this break I saw two great movies called the perfect game and a crazy night. I really enjoyed watching the perfect game. It`s about a group of unresourced Mexican kids that start a baseball team with wich they get to a tournament that they win with perfection. The perfection they did on their last game has not been overcomed by another team since that time ( true story)

Another Thing I really enjoyed about my vacations was inviting my friends to my house. Most of my break I invited friends to my house to do something fun like go bowling or playing videogames. Talking about videogames I spent about 40% of my break palying them. Specially A game called Modern Warfare 2 witch is the sensation of videogames today. Most of my friends that came to my house had a really good time because we always find something fun to do were I live.

The last exciting things I did during spring break was playing gotcha and skating. THeir were great. At the middle of the break a group of friends and I joined together to play paintball. This was one of my favorite things to do. I played really good that day and eliminated 5 of my friends in 3 rounds. Skating was one of the main things I enjoyed during this vacations. I really improved my heelflip and my jumping of stairs. This were most of my favorite things I did during spring break vacations.

number 7 things to do without light

There would be a number of things I don't usually do daily. The first do I would do is light all the candles if it's night time. If it's not night time I will just go outside to do something productive. The next thing thing I would call a friend that lives nearby like Karin. When we meet at some place we would go to skate and or make new tricks like we always do when there is nothing to do or when there's no light. The best place in which we always skate is Fluvial or the Marina.

Another thing I would do is go to Gotcha with my friends. Like we do in some weekend. There we make teams in which we make several rounds to see who wins. A thing we sometimes do in the weekends is meet to play soccer. The teams are always the same we never change them. They are fair because we all are at the same rate of ability. Most of the time my team wins by one goal. I don't really like soccer as much as skating but is one of the only things I can do in my day with many friends.

The last thing we always do is go to school ( too bad it doesn't require energy). This activy is the one I hate most but I have to do. Although sometimes I'm glad I can see my friends I still don't like the work. I ask why Homework? If they ruin or morning by working for about 8 hours why give us more work for home. This ruins the rest of our day and our sleep time. enough of that, this are the things I do when there is no light
